Villa Barcelona is a dream home. It is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante, in the luxurious Oliva Nova complex. The villa is in a privileged location (quiet and central), directly on the first line of the Oliva Nova golf course, just 1 km from one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, with fine white sand. The prestigious Oliva Nova Equestrian Center is just a few minutes' walk away.
Through a remotely controlled electric gate, you can access the private land, of almost 800 m², located at the end of a cul-de-sac. This has private parking, tall palm trees and a large olive tree. The private heated pool (8 x 4 m) and the luxury villa, with 313 m² of living space, offer everything you need for a dream vacation. The villa, built in 2011 to the highest residential quality standards, was renovated in 2025 after a change of ownership, improving both aesthetically and technically. The exclusive villa offers high-level comfort with newly-built quality, something exceptional for rental properties.
The four master bedrooms, three of them with luxury en-suite bathrooms, an additional bathroom, as well as the guest toilet, the large open living room with columns, large dining room and luxurious open kitchen, are outstanding. All bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the large terraces on the ground floor and the first floor. Both terraces offer a fantastic view over the golf course gardens and the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor, overlooking the pool, is the covered terrace, surrounded by columns (approx. 25 m²), which always offers enough shade. In the spacious lounge area, you and your guests can relax at any time. In a separate area with a dining table for 8 people, you can enjoy your meals outside, regardless of the weather.
For sunbathing, you'll find great sun loungers in the garden. This one is completely fenced and surrounded by thuja hedges.
Technically, the house is equipped with the highest quality materials. It has its own solar system, heat pump and sophisticated integrated air conditioning (heat/cold). This ensures a pleasant climate in the rooms both in summer and in winter, without annoying air flows. The villa has high speed Wi-Fi, an available 65" SMART satellite TV, and a second TV in one of the bedrooms.

La casa esta nueva y en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. La ubicacion es muy buena con vistas a campo de golf y campo de practica. Esta a 1000 metros de la playa. La cocina equipada muy bien, cuenta con AA central y la piscina esta impecable.
